Role Description The Vice President for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Canada. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow Canada-focused immigration and visa consulting services, including market expansion, partnership development, and service portfolio enhancement.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client engagement processes, ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration regulations, guiding teams on complex cases, and maintaining high service quality standards. The role involves collaborating with consultants and operations staff, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing improvements in systems and workflows.





The Vice

President will also represent the organization in key external meetings, drive revenue growth, and provide leadership in training and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

- Solid leadership and people management skills, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring staff.
- Expertise in Canada immigration processes, policies, and regulations, preferably with prior experience in immigration consulting or related services.
- Business development and strategic planning abilities, including experience in market expansion, partnership building, and revenue growth.
- Client relationship management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality, trustworthy advisory services and managing complex client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in using data and metrics to inform decisions and improve operations.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, law, international relations, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in immigration or compliance are an advantage.
