Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of total experience, with strong hands-on experience in Saviynt integration or implementation environments.

- Proven experience supporting IAM implementations, preferably with Saviynt.

- Solid background in designing and supporting complex integrations, connectors, workflows, and platform customizations.

Key Responsibilities




- Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for Saviynt IAM solutions across development, test, and production environments.

- Design, build, configure, and support Saviynt integrations, connectors, workflows, and related platform enhancements.

- Own technical troubleshooting for platform issues, integration failures, workflow defects, and production incidents.

- Drive change governance processes including CAB participation, release planning, implementation approvals, and rollback readiness.

- Support production deployments and ensure operational controls, validation checks, and stabilization activities are in place.

- Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve dependencies and deliver enhancements.

- Coordinate with vendors and third parties to manage defects, fixes, timelines, and technical dependencies.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, support guides, and implementation artifacts.

- Identify improvement opportunities to strengthen platform reliability, automation, and support efficiency.
