Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Consultant located in Kochi. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for offering expert travel advice to customers, planning travel arrangements, and promoting travel & tourism experiences. Additional responsibilities include communicating with customers to understand their specific travel needs,



providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process leading to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in travel consulting, with the ability to provide personalized travel advice and recommendations
- Experience in travel management and coordinating travel arrangements efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple customer requirements
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Relevant prior experience in the travel industry is an advantage
- Graduate in the tourism or hospitality field is preferred
