Job Overview:

We are hiring a Tele Recruiter / Tele Caller who will be responsible for hiring field workforce/field executives on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling bulk hiring and capable of closing positions quickly through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct telephonic screening and interviews for field executives

- Manage bulk hiring and ensure daily closures

- Source candidates through job portals, references, and databases

- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and onboarding

- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure candidate joining

- Achieve daily hiring targets (minimum 10 candidates per day)

Requirements





Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate or Diploma holder

- Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

- 1–3 years of experience in tele calling or recruitment (bulk hiring preferred)

- Confident, proactive, and target-driven

- Solid convincing and follow-up skills

- In-hand Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 (Fixed)
