Job Responsibilities

- Call students and parents who have shown interest in medical admissions.
- Explain MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and NEET counselling processes.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counselling appointments with senior counselors.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel.
- Handle student queries professionally and politely.
- Convert leads into admissions by building trust and providing accurate information.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for smooth admission processing.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and admission targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is an added advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under targets.
- Professional phone etiquette.

Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Education Counselling, or Customer Support is preferred.

Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 6 Days Working

Performance KPIs
- Daily Calls: 100–150
- Daily Meaningful Conversations: 40+
- Daily Follow-ups: 25+
- Daily Counselling Appointments: 8–15
- Monthly Admission Target: As assigned
