Agile Technical Manager - P&C; Insurance | Workflow AutomationSummary Are you an experienced Agile Delivery Leader with expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance and enterprise software implementations? We are looking for an Agile Technical Manager to lead customer implementations, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure seamless execution of cloud-native, workflow-driven solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with solid Agile project management skills, technical delivery expertise, and experience working with global insurance clients.

Location Gurugram / Noida / Pune / Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise software solutions by managing project plans, sprint cadences, delivery milestones, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, Product, and Customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage customer-specific configuration workstreams including workflow automation, business rules, integrations, user access, document management, forms, and data migration activities.
- Drive Agile delivery governance, release planning, deployment coordination,



go-live readiness, hyper-care support, and continuous process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with global insurance clients while ensuring delivery excellence, risk mitigation, dependency management, and adherence to implementation best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline with 12-14 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or Software Implementation.
- Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance, with exposure to Commercial Lines or Specialty Insurance considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SaaS implementations, workflow automation platforms, BPMN technologies (Camunda, Flowable, Appian), and enterprise integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-native applications, AI-enabled products, deployment processes, data migration, and implementation delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certifications will be an added advantage.
