Job Role: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 6-8 Years

Location: Chennai, India

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and Service Portal solutions.
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and integrations.
- Create and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and knowledge management solutions.
- Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine and scoped applications.
- Perform instance upgrades, patch management, and platform health checks.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.




- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience in:
- ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Flow Designer and Workflow Development
- Service Catalog and Catalog Development
- Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes

- REST and SOAP Integrations

- CMDB and Discovery concepts

- Service Portal development

- Integration Hub
