- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with placement officers, faculty, and student organizations at key universities and colleges.
- Organize and execute on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, info sessions, workshops, and interviews to engage with students.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop targeted job descriptions, and establish selection criteria for campus roles.
- Conduct candidate evaluations, including screenings, assessments, and interviews, during campus recruitment events.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding.
- Responsible for organising and promoting campus events.
- Develop and implement student engagement initiatives.
