Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requisition intake, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating selection activities with hiring managers.

The specialist will design and post job descriptions, maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, and ensure an efficient, fair, and compliant hiring process.

Responsibilities include supporting employer branding initiatives,



enhancing candidate experience, maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports, and collaborating with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs. The role also involves participating in campus outreach and recruitment events, negotiating offers within company guidelines, and assisting with onboarding coordination.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Interviewing and Hiring skills to evaluate talent, facilitate selection decisions, and support fair recruitment practices.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to promote the organization, enhance candidate experience, and support talent attraction initiatives.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and common recruitment platforms (e.g., job boards, professional networks).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and maintain attention to detail and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
