About The Role We are hiring across engineering, design, and operations — and we want every candidate, hired or not, to leave impressed. You will build that machine.

Responsibilities Source engineering and business talent via LinkedIn, referrals, and communities

Run structured screening and coordinate interview loops with panels

Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement

Build employer branding: careers content, campus outreach, review platforms

Maintain hiring analytics — funnel conversion, time-to-hire, source quality

Requirements 2+ years recruiting for technology roles (agency or in-house)

Ability to screen technical resumes credibly

Strong scheduling discipline and candidate communication

Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tooling
