Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry or job market context in India
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
