Job Summary

As a Senior SF CPI Specialist, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions using the SF Integration Suite (Cloud Platform Integration). This role offers you the opportunity to lead integration initiatives that enable seamless connectivity between SAP/SF and non-SAP/SF applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable business processes across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and development teams to design robust integration solutions that support digital transformation and business innovation. Your expertise will be essential in implementing integration best practices, troubleshooting complex interface issues, monitoring integration landscapes, and ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead SF CPI/Integration Suite implementation and enhancement projects.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration flows (iFlows) for SAP/SF and third-party applications.
- Build and support APIs, web services, IDocs, SOAP, REST, OData, SFTP, and event-driven integrations.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot,



and optimize existing integration interfaces for performance and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to SF integration best practices, security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Support production incidents, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to enterprise integration strategy and digital transformation programs.
- Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed.
- Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
- Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team
- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
- Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis
- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.

Skills and attributes for success

- SF Integration Suite (CPI) and enterprise integration technologies.
- SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, JMS, XML, JSON, and Groovy scripting.
- SuccessFactors data replication and third-party application integrations.
- API Management, Event Mesh, Cloud Connector, and hybrid integration scenarios.
- Understanding and experience of integration best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Over 3-7 years of SF CPI experience including minimum 2 implementations in end-to-end projects.
- BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 3-7 Years.
