Role Description The Subject Matter Expert – SAP SCM Mastery role is a part-time remote position focused on creating and reviewing high-quality educational content in the area of SAP Supply Chain Management. In this role, the expert will design learning modules, author solutions, and develop study materials that clearly explain SAP SCM concepts, configurations, and best practices for learners at various levels. The expert will collaborate with the content team to align materials with curriculum standards, update content based on industry trends and SAP enhancements,



and ensure accuracy and clarity across all resources.

Day-to-day work includes researching current SAP SCM practices, preparing practical examples and case studies, and providing guidance on assessments to support effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), including core modules and related integration points.

- Experience designing or delivering training, courses, or learning materials for SAP or related enterprise systems.

- Proficiency in educational content creation, including structured solution authoring and study material development.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in explicit, accessible language for diverse learner audiences.

- Solid analytical and research skills to keep content aligned with current SAP releases and industry practices.

- Prior experience as an educator, trainer, or mentor in technology or business domains is highly beneficial.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Reliable remote working setup and strong time-management skills to handle part-time, deadline-driven work.
