We are looking for dedicated and compassionate nursing professionals to join our CTICU team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified CTICU Staff Nurse with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Critical Care/CTICU to provide specialized nursing care to post-cardiac surgery and critically ill cardiac patients while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the CTICU.
- Monitor and document vital signs, ECG, hemodynamic parameters, and patient progress.
- Deliver post-operative care for cardiac surgery patients.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other prescribed treatments.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, syringe pumps, and cardiac monitors.




- Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
- Assist consultants during emergency procedures and bedside interventions.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery.

Qualification

- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration.

Experience

- Minimum 6 months of experience in CTICU, Cardiac ICU, ICU, or Critical Care.
- Experience in handling post-cardiac surgery patients will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Sound knowledge of critical care nursing practices.
- Proficiency in ventilator management and cardiac monitoring.
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
