- We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SCM MM/PTP Business System Analyst with strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
- The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to global business stakeholders while driving SAP initiatives across implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
- This role requires a business-facing SAP functional expert with strong communication skills, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams across ABAP, integrations, and BASIS functions.
- The current environment includes SAP ECC Enhancement Pack 8, an ongoing SAP S/4HANA PoC, and a future migration roadmap.

Role Description
- Act as a Business Systems Analyst providing end-to-end SAP SCM support with a strong focus on SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) business processes.
- Perform hands-on functional configuration and business process consulting within SAP MM/PTP modules to support global business operations.
- Partner directly with global business stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and propose scalable SAP solutions.
- Lead and support SAP initiatives across implementations, global rollouts, enhancement projects, and production support environments.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, UAT activities, user training sessions, and stakeholder discussions independently.
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement requests based on business priority and SLAs.
- Collaborate extensively with ABAP developers, BASIS teams, integration teams, and other technical stakeholders for issue resolution and project delivery.
- Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, training documents,



and solution design artifacts.
- Support future SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives as part of the ongoing SAP roadmap.
- Mentor junior team members and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Skill Requirements Primary Skills (Must Have Skills)

- Strong functional expertise in SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes with balanced exposure across both areas (preferred 50% MM / 50% PTP experience).
- Hands-on SAP MM/PTP configuration experience, including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, purchasing, and material master processes.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementations experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 global SAP rollout project experiences are mandatory.
- Experience across enhancement projects and production support environments is required.
- Strong business-facing communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to independently conduct workshops, UAT sessions, business discussions, and end-user training.
- Strong integration experience with SAP WM, PP, QM, and FI modules.
- Working knowledge of SAP WM/QM/PP integrations is mandatory.
- Experience working with IDocs, EDI integrations, and PI/PO middleware.
- Strong collaboration experience with ABAP developers, BASIS teams, and integration teams.
- Hands-on experience with data migration and mass maintenance tools such as LSMW, MASS, scripts, and related utilities.
- Strong business process analysis, documentation, testing, and process improvement experience.
- Experience supporting global SAP environments and international business users.





Secondary Skills (Valuable To Have)

- Ability to debug or analyze ABAP code for issue investigation and collaboration with technical teams.
- Hands-on SAP WM/QM/PP integration configuration experience.
- Exposure to SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
- Experience mentoring and coaching junior SAP analysts or consultants.
- Knowledge of SAP FI integration, including GR/IR, account determination, and invoice posting.
- Experience working within global matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to SAP script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and procurement/logistics outputs.
- Hands‑on exposure to SAP Fiori applications related to PR, PO, and Goods Receipt.

Current SAP Environment
- The current SAP landscape is SAP ECC Enhancement Pack 8.
- The organization is currently running an SAP S/4HANA Proof of Concept (PoC).
- The future SAP S/4HANA upgrade and transformation program is planned.

Project/Support Expectation

Qualifications And Education Requirements

- Bachelor’s / master's degree in computer engineering/computer science or any similar field
- SAP MM or Sourcing & Procurement certification preferred
- 8+ years of relevant SAP MM/PTP functional consulting experience in enterprise/global environments
