Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spanish Specialist - Order to Cash (OTC) to support end-to-end OTC processes for Spanish-speaking customers. The role involves managing customer accounts, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and order management while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with business policies.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

- Process and manage customer orders accurately and timely.

- Review orders for completeness and compliance with company policies.

- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Accounts Receivable & Collections

- Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances.

- Perform collections activities through calls and emails in Spanish and English.

- Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment-related issues.

- Reduce aging and improve collection performance.

Cash Application

- Apply customer payments accurately to accounts.





- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.

- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accounting records.

Dispute Management

- Identify, investigate, and resolve billing and payment disputes.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain proper documentation of disputes and resolutions.

Customer Service

- Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers.

- Respond to queries regarding invoices, payments, credit notes, and account status.

- Build robust customer relationships while maintaining service-level agreements.

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare OTC reports and dashboards.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOX controls, and compliance requirements.

- Support audits and process improvement initiatives.
