CandyWrap is a studio that builds private AI. We help Indian businesses turn the data into an assistant their team actually uses. A studio with years of brand and packaging work, and an AI practice building custom assistants plus our website-AI product, Berry.

CandyWrap runs social retainers for brands, monthly content that stays sharp, on-brand, and actually performs. You'd own that engine: client accounts plus our own studio presence. You'd join the founding team, working directly with our creative lead.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own client social retainers end to end. Content calendars, copy, coordination with designers, posting, reporting.
- Build content strategies per brand: what to say, where, how often, and why.
- Plan and run paid campaigns, boosts, ad budgets,



and reporting on what they returned.
- Run CandyWrap's own channels, our work should be our best ad.
- Track what performs and adjust monthly; bring numbers to client calls.

YOU, PROBABLY
- 2–5 years running social for brands, agency, in-house.
- Hands-on experience with paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
- Sharp copy instincts in English.
- Organised enough to run multiple brand calendars without dropping balls.
- Comfortable with analytics and turning them into decisions.
