Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role is an on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. Daily tasks include supporting social media campaigns, drafting posts and visuals, monitoring performance metrics, and researching trends and competitor activities.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams, helping manage community interactions (comments, messages),



and contributing ideas to improve digital presence. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing within a fast-paced software development workplace. Qualifications

Ability to work with Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing tools and tactics to support campaign execution.

Skill in Social Media Content Creation, including writing captions, selecting visuals, and adapting content to different platforms.

Foundational understanding of Marketing principles and brand positioning in online channels.

Strong Communication skills for clear writing, stakeholder coordination, and community interaction.

Interest in technology and software products, with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a team environment.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Prior exposure to social media management or personal projects on major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) is an advantage.
