? Hiring: Social Media Manager | Government/Ministries & PSU Campaigns | Delhi (Onsite)

Experience: 6+ years | Must-have: Prior experience with Ministry/PSU/Government clients in an advertising or INS-accredited agency.

Have you led social media for a Ministry, PSU, or large public-sector account — and understand the approval chains, protocol sensitivities, and pace that come with it? This role is built for you.

ANJ Creations, a DAVP-empanelled agency working closely with government and PSU clients, is looking for a Social Media Manager to own digital strategy across our high-visibility public sector and enterprise accounts.

What makes you a fit:

✅ 7+ years in social media management within an advertising agency, with hands-on experience on Ministry/PSU/Government accounts — this is non-negotiable, not a nice-to-have

✅ You've navigated government stakeholder approvals and know the difference between a brand client's sign-off process and a Ministry's.

✅You've worked on multiple national level campaigns and creative marketing strategy for various prestigious accounts.

✅ You've led teams — social media executives, content writers, designers, video editors — through high-stakes, high-volume campaign cycles





✅ You're fluent in performance analytics and can walk both a Joint Secretary and a CMO through the same report, adjusted for audience

✅ You thrive when three campaigns are live, two are in approval, and the deadline was yesterday

What you'll own

- End-to-end social strategy across multiple brands and large-scale campaigns
- Direct client servicing for government/PSU stakeholders — approvals, escalations, delivery
- Team leadership and mentorship across content, design, and video
- Campaign performance reporting to clients and leadership
- Cross-functional collaboration with creative, media, and strategy teams
