Role Description The Site Safety Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mundra, responsible for overseeing all health and safety activities at construction sites. This role involves monitoring daily site operations for compliance with safety standards, conducting regular inspections, and identifying potential hazards.

Officer will plan and deliver safety training, maintain safety documentation, and support accident and incident investigations. The role also includes coordinating with project managers, supervisors,



and workers to implement safety procedures, promoting a robust safety culture, and ensuring adherence to legal and company safety requirements.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices applicable to construction sites.
- Strong skills in Accident Investigation, including incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Experience managing Security and site access controls to support a safe working workplace.
- Ability to design and deliver effective Safety Training programs for diverse site teams.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction industry.
- Excellent observation, risk assessment, and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and confident communication skills for engaging workers, supervisors, and management.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field; experience in construction safety is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mundra and collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
