1. Site Incharge – Sariya & Shuttering (Delhi NCR)

Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Incharge to manage RCC construction activities across project sites in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sariya (Reinforcement Steel), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution, along with the ability to independently handle site execution, labor management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution and RCC activities.
- Manage reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project engineers.
- Monitor labor productivity and material requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and documentation.
- Ensure safety, quality,



and timely project completion.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in RCC construction.
- Strong knowledge of Sariya, Shuttering, and Concrete works.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR.
