? Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Track & Trace and Vision Systems.
- Provide on-site technical support and field service to pharmaceutical customers.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Document service activities and maintain high-quality service records.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar field.
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Experience in field service and customer technical support.




- Good understanding of Track & Trace and Vision Systems.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with customer support tools and service documentation.
- Positive customer-centric attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel up to 100 % .
