We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Visa Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end student visa processing for countries including New Zealand, South Africa, the USA, the Philippines, and other destinations.
- Review and verify visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration requirements.
- Guide students and parents regarding visa documentation, financial requirements, and application procedures.
- Coordinate with international flight schools.
- Prepare and submit visa applications while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Track application status and proactively communicate updates to students and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and supporting documents.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, visa regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Assist students in preparing for visa interviews, where applicable.
- Work closely with the counseling, admissions,



and operations teams to ensure a seamless student journey.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–10 years of experience in student visa processing, preferably for international education or aviation training.
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation and immigration procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Experience working with overseas education consultants.
