Vision International a boutique Overseas Education Consultancy in Mumbai, specializing in providing personalized counselling for students aspiring to pursue higher education in the UK, Ireland & Australia. Our services include admission and application guidance, student visas, and end-to-end support for families. We are seeking a “Senior Student Counsellor” to join our company, experience in handling students for Australia applications & visas will be a big plus.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients (students), ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey with us. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals. Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact for students, responding promptly to inquiries and providing guidance throughout their journey post completion of first counselling with Founder & CEO

· Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service and support throughout their engagement with us





· Collaborate with other team members to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction

· Co-ordinate with partners, associates and university representatives to ensure students have all the necessary documentation & information required for their admission

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system, including updating client information, communications and tracking progress

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact our clients Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in any stream

· 2+ years of full time work experience in a study abroad counselling role (must have)

· Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional local languages are a plus)

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

· Confident, proactive, empathetic, and persuasive.

· Passion for the education industry and a desire to help students achieve their goals Salary
