Essential Responsibilities:

- Deliver on OKRs and milestones.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Architect and micro-architect end to end design automation for Analog/RF/SiPh designs.
- Deploy latest design flows, automation, AI solutions and provide training to ensure adoption and continued usage by design teams.
- Develop and monitor dashboards to ensure compliance with best known methods and workflows by design teams.
- Continuously monitor inefficiencies in design process and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with other Scalable Design Solutions teams to roll up point solutions into re-producible end to end automation.

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Design, Central CAD and Methodology, PDK, Silicon Validation, Post Fab, EDA vendors and Eco-system partners).

Required Qualifications:





- Education - 12 years experience with masters degree or 10 years experience with PhD or 15 years experience with Bachelors degree in Electronics or Computer science engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Skill based automation using Cadence Virtuoso or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in Python based automation.
- 2+ years of experience in Spice, Monte Carlo simulations and setup.
- 2+ years of experience in Signoff steps like DRC, LVS, PEX, FILL, PERC, DFM.
- 2+ Experience in design version control software.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, Reinforcement Learning model development, pipelines, transformers.
- 2+ years of experience in SQL or similar database usage.
- Fluency in English Language - written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in AI/ML/Reinforce Learning, pipelines, transformers.
- Certification in database usage and architecture is preferred.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to foster innovation through collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize and project manage the time and resource.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust planning & organizational skills.
