SRS Business Solutions India is looking for a highly experienced Senior Staff Consultant specializing in Requirements Elicitation. If you have over 10 years of experience and are an immediate joiner, we invite you to play a critical role in understanding business needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring our product development aligns perfectly with customer pain points and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Understanding & Research: Deeply understand the business context and conduct primary research to pinpoint crucial customer pain points.
- Requirements Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for the product backlog.
- Backlog & Feature Ownership: Drive iteration goals and the product backlog, establish transparent acceptance criteria, and recommend valuable new features.
- Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog by skillfully organizing, refining, and prioritizing user stories and features.
- Liaison & Alignment: Serve as the vital liaison between the development team, stakeholders,



and the Business Product Owner (PO), ensuring the development team remains aligned with the product vision and goals.
- Quality Assurance & Demos: Answer functional queries, represent the product at review levels, and conduct compelling product demonstrations to confirm delivery meets all requirements.
- Agile Documentation: Create and manage Product Backlog EPICS, Stories, and Tasks, ensuring adherence to the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve the product development process and boost efficiency.
- Decision Support: Assist and collaborate closely with the Product Owner (PO) to make informed decisions that are always in the best interest of the project.
