Role Overview:

As a Senior SAP FICO Lead, you will serve as the strategic architect and functional authority for our global financial transformation initiatives. You will lead complex end-to-end SAP implementations and optimization projects, working closely with C-suite stakeholders, finance controllers, and cross-functional IT teams to align technical capabilities with evolving business requirements.

By driving the design and deployment of robust financial solutions, you will directly influence the operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting accuracy of our enterprise clients, ensuring that our SAP landscape remains a catalyst for scalable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead large-scale SAP FICO transformation programs by translating complex business financial processes into scalable system architectures that enhance organizational productivity.
- Architect and configure end-to-end solutions across SAP FI, CO, and COPA to provide stakeholders with real-time financial insights and actionable profitability analysis.
- Oversee the integration of SAP FSCM to streamline treasury and credit management processes, significantly reducing financial risk and improving cash flow visibility for the business.
- Spearhead the localization and configuration of SAP GST modules to ensure seamless compliance with regional tax mandates and statutory reporting requirements.




- Mentor high-performing functional teams and manage offshore-onshore delivery models to ensure project milestones are met with technical excellence and precision.
- Partner with business process owners to identify gaps in existing financial workflows and implement cutting-edge SAP enhancements that drive long-term cost optimization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in designing and deploying comprehensive SAP FICO solutions, with a deep understanding of the integration points between FI, CO, and other SAP modules.
- Proven ability to lead complex SAP GST implementations, ensuring full adherence to local tax regulations while maintaining system integrity.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial-technical concepts to non-technical leadership and influence strategic decision-making.
- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot intricate financial discrepancies and provide sustainable, long-term resolutions that prevent recurring system issues.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across Bangalore, Pune, or Mumbai, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to lead distributed teams effectively.
- A background in Finance or Accounting (CA, MBA Finance, or equivalent) is highly preferred, coupled with a track record of managing high-stakes projects for 10 - 20 years.
