Role Description: The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Dehradun.

We are looking for tech savvy , dyanamic and smart individuals with outstanding communication skills .

This role leads sales and marketing initiatives to drive our pilgrimage sales like chardham yatra packages , airline Bookings on our Regional connectivity routes, VIP charters across India .



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels. The manager will analyze market trends, monitor competition, and use data to improve pricing, positioning, and customer acquisition.

The role also involves collaborating closely with operations, customer service, and leadership to ensure a consistent brand experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales leadership within aviation, travel, hospitality, or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong marketing acumen, including experience in brand positioning, campaign management, and digital/social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage VIP and corporate accounts.
- Ability to analyze market data, build forecasts, and make evidence-based decisions to support business growth.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills, including mentoring sales and marketing staff and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and handling on-site responsibilities in Dehradun.
- Familiarity with charter services, regional connectivity, or premium travel markets is highly beneficial.
