- Develop unit plot plans and equipment layouts for offshore projects including WHP, process platforms, and FPSO facilities.
- Perform layout optimization studies to ensure safety, operability, and efficient use of space.
- Prepare material take-offs (MTO) in accordance with project requirements.
- Review vendor packages and ensure seamless integration with overall piping and layout design.
- Ensure piping design integrity is maintained throughout project execution.
- Apply mechanical handling concepts during layout development to support secure and efficient operations.
- Perform support selection and modeling, including preparation of special support drawings when required.
- Conduct ISO checking and back drafting, and provide support to the ISO team as per project needs.
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior designers, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
- Contribute to conceptual layout studies during early project phases.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and execution challenges.
