Job Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial planning, accounting, compliance, and cash flow operations of real estate projects. The role involves project finance management, statutory compliance, budgeting, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Prepare project-wise budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost controls for real estate developments.

- Manage books of accounts, audits, GST, TDS, statutory filings, and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Monitor customer collections, milestone-based billing, and reconciliation with CRM/sales teams.

- Oversee vendor billing, payment schedules, contracts, and control project expenses.

- Prepare monthly MIS, profitability reports,



and financial analysis for management decision-making.

Requirements

- CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / Appearing CA Final Exam preffered.

- 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of project accounting, GST, RERA, and taxation.

- Solid analytical and leadership skills
