At Gemius, we're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who understands the complete digital ecosystem and believes that every marketing decision should be backed by data. If you've worked in a marketing agency, managed multiple brands, and know how to turn insights into measurable growth, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll be doing

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns

Develop and execute SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO)

Improve website performance, landing pages, and conversion rates

Collaborate with creative and content teams to build high-performing campaigns

Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements

Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring quality, efficiency, and results





Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates

We're looking for Someone who:

Has 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Agency experience is highly preferred)

Has hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Has strong knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and digital analytics

Thinks in numbers, not assumptions. Every recommendation and decision is backed by data and performance metrics.

Is comfortable analyzing KPIs, ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, website analytics, and user behavior to drive continuous improvement.

Can transform data into meaningful insights and actionable strategies for clients.

Has a creative mindset while maintaining a solid analytical approach.

Can manage multiple brands, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
