Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will lead high-volume invoicing operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of billing, collections, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience navigating VMS platforms within a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- High-Volume Invoicing: Oversee and execute weekly billing cycles for a portfolio of PHONE_NUMBER+ resources.
- VMS Management: Expertly process invoices through Vendor Management System (VMS) portals, including Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, and SAP Ariba.
- Collections & Communication: Proactively follow up on past-due invoices, distribute account statements, and resolve internal/external inquiries via phone and email.
- Financial Accuracy: Track and bill project-related expenses while investigating discrepancies between customer timesheets, payments, and internal ledgers.
- Cash Application: Apply customer payments accurately and perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure "clean" aging reports.
- Compliance:



Maintain meticulous financial records in accordance with company policies, audit requirements, and US GAAP.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing hurdles and streamline payment workflows.

Required Qualifications:

- Industry Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in Accounts Receivable or Finance operations.
- Mandatory: Direct experience within the US Staffing industry.
- Technical Skills: Medium to Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).
- Solid understanding of US GAAP principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Education: Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
