Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a storyteller who can turn complex ideas into engaging narratives. You don't need years of experience, but you should be genuinely curious about business, finance, and the economy.

This role is ideal for someone who:

- Has 0–3 years of experience in writing, research, journalism, finance, or a related field. Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are welcome.
- Has excellent written English and can explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way.
- Enjoys writing long-form YouTube scripts and structuring ideas into compelling stories.
- Watches outstanding YouTube creators to learn storytelling—not just for entertainment.
- Loves researching businesses, investing, and the economy, and enjoys uncovering insights others miss. Verifies facts using credible sources instead of copying what's already online.




- Wants to build a career in content, finance, and storytelling.

What You'll Do As our Script Writer & Research Associate, you'll be involved in the entire content creation process.

Your responsibilities will include

- Researching businesses, industries, markets, and economic trends using credible and primary sources.
- Writing engaging long-form YouTube scripts that educate while keeping viewers hooked.
- Finding unique insights, overlooked data points, and interesting angles that make our content stand out.
- Pitching fresh video ideas every week based on current events, timeless business stories, and emerging trends.
- Creating research documents, story outlines, and visual references for the production team.
- Working closely with editors and the creative team to improve storytelling.
- Repurposing long-form research into Shorts, Reels, LinkedIn posts, and other content formats.
- Continuously improving scripts based on audience retention, comments, and video performance.
