About the Role:

We are looking for a agile and result oriented professional to lead the School Career Lab initiative by Edumilestones. The role focuses on onboarding schools, managing partners,

conducting presentations, providing support, and generating revenue through strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

1. School Onboarding and Relationship Management

- Identify and onboard schools for School Career Lab implementation
- Build relationships with school management, principals, and counsellors
- Ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for schools

2. Partner Development and Management

- Onboard and manage career counsellors and channel partners
- Provide training and support to partners
- Drive partner engagement and performance

3. Presentations and Consultative Selling

- Conduct presentations and demonstrations for schools and stakeholders
- Understand school requirements and position solutions effectively
- Customize presentations based on needs

4. Revenue Generation and Business Growth

- Achieve revenue targets through school and partner networks




- Drive sales of career assessments and School Career Lab solutions
- Build and manage sales pipeline

5. Strategic Alliances and Partnerships

- Develop partnerships with schools, institutions, and organizations
- Create collaboration opportunities to expand reach
- Strengthen ecosystem for growth

6. Support and Execution

- Provide ongoing support to schools and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery
- Ensure high service quality and client satisfaction

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales and business development orientation
- Relationship management skills
- Execution and problem solving ability

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience in EdTech, Sales, or Business Development
- Experience in school engagement is an advantage
