SMARTANK Business Solutions is hiring on behalf of a leading client for the position of SAP SuccessFactors Integration Technical Lead / Consultant. We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations, integration tools, application development methodologies, and technical problem-solving.

Primary Skill: SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the technical team to ensure effective performance and delivery.

Take responsibility for technical decisions and contribute to key project decisions.

Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver application features and integration solutions.

Provide technical solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of application features.

Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.





Required Skills

7.5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical.

Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.

Solid understanding of application development methodologies.

Experience with integration tools and techniques.

Familiarity with business process mapping and requirements gathering.

Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Experience in technical team leadership and decision-making.

Other Skills

Ability to facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members.

Strong understanding of project delivery and application feature development.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 8–12 Years
