Job Summary

GyanSys is looking for experienced SAP MM / WM Consultants to join our SAP Supply Chain practice. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM), with experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and integrated supply chain solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP MM/WM solutions to support procurement and warehouse operations.
- Configure and support core SAP MM processes, including Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, and Invoice Verification.
- Configure SAP WM processes such as Warehouse Structure, Storage Bins, Putaway, Picking, Stock Transfers, and Physical Inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MM/WM with SAP SD, PP, FICO, EWM, and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end-user training.




- Provide production support by troubleshooting issues and recommending process improvements.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, project standards, and documentation requirements.
- Support continuous process optimization to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM)
- Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification
- Warehouse Structure, Storage Bins, Putaway, Picking, and Physical Inventory
- Material Master, Vendor Master, and Purchasing Master Data
- Batch Management and Stock Transfer Processes
- Integration with SAP SD, PP, FICO, and EWM
- Functional Specification Documentation
- System Testing, UAT, and Production Support

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM
- Exposure to SAP EWM or Logistics Execution (LE)
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in global implementation or rollout projects

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

- Domain Experience: 3–5 Years
- Relevant Experience: 0–8 Years

Preferred Certifications

- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement
- SAP MM Certification (preferred)
