Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FIORI / Gateway Architect with solid expertise in designing, developing, and implementing SAP FIORI applications and SAP Gateway services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP UI5, OData services, Gateway architecture, and Fiori Launchpad configuration. The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable SAP applications, collaborating with business stakeholders, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement SAP FIORI applications using SAPUI5.

Develop and enhance OData services using SAP Gateway.

Configure and customize SAP FIORI Launchpad and catalogs.

Design application architecture aligned with business requirements.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop reusable UI components following SAP development standards.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Integrate SAP FIORI applications with backend SAP ECC/S4HANA systems.

Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.

Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Ensure adherence to SAP security, coding standards, and governance policies.

Participate in system testing, deployment, and production support.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP FIORI and Gateway architecture.

Lead technical design discussions and solution architecture.

Collaborate with multiple teams on key technical decisions.

Develop scalable and high-performance SAP FIORI applications.

Identify and implement development best practices.

Resolve complex technical and integration issues.

Support deployment, upgrades, and production incidents.

Mentor junior developers and improve team productivity.

Ensure applications align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

Required Experience

6+ years of overall IT experience.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway Architecture.

Experience in enterprise SAP implementations.

Hands-on experience with SAPUI5, OData, and Gateway development.

Experience working on end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
