Preferred candidate profile sign and build responsive email templates using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio and Content Builder
- Develop emails using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript following best practices
- Ensure cross-client and cross-device compatibility (Outlook, Gmail, mobile, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and data teams to support campaign requirements
- Personalize and dynamically render content using subscriber attributes and da ta extensions
- Support email deployment within Journey Builder and automation workflows
- Troubleshoot rendering, tracking, and delivery issues
- Maintain and update reusable email templates and components
- Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, and email deliverability standards
