Role Description The Sales & Marketing Manager role at Swathi Promoters - India is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing leads, conducting client meetings, presenting property offerings, and negotiating agreements. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and working with digital and offline channels to increase brand visibility and generate inquiries.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales targets with business objectives.



The position also requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships and representing the company at events and site visits.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management and business development, preferably in real estate or related sectors.

Strong marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation across online and offline channels.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on customer relationship management.

Ability to analyze market data, track performance metrics, and use insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Proficiency with common office productivity tools and basic digital marketing platforms (e.g., CRM systems, social media, email marketing).

Proven capacity to work independently on-site, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Knowledge of local real estate markets in Hyderabad & Visakhapatnamand surrounding areas is highly desirable.
