Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership
- Lead and manage a dedicated sales team.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Monitor daily performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance discussions.
- Help recruit and onboard new team members whenever required.
Revenue Generation
- Drive individual as well as team revenue.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Ensure high conversion rates from enquiry to booking.
