We are seeking a seasoned, commercially driven Sales Head to lead and scale our wholesale sales engine across India's gold jewellery and bullion markets. This is a rare leadership mandate at a growing Chandigarh-based precious metals house with an ambitious growth roadmap.

BFC Jewels Pvt Ltd is an established wholesale house dealing in gold jewellery, silver, and bullion, with deep trade relationships across North India. We operate in serving retailers, jewellers, and institutional buyers across multiple states. As we scale toward an ambitious growth phase, we are building a high-performance sales leadership team.

The Role

- Own and deliver the annual wholesale revenue target across gold jewellery, plain gold, studded, and bullion categories
- Build, lead, and mentor a pan-India field sales team setting KPIs, reviewing pipelines, and driving performance culture
- Develop and expand the wholesale retailer and jeweller network across Tier 1, Tier 2, and emerging markets
- Establish and manage key accounts including chain jewellers, multi-branch retailers, and institutional buyers
- Drive market intelligence tracking competitor pricing, buyer sentiment, and gold rate impact on volumes
- Negotiate bulk pricing with key wholesale partners




- Lead and develops export business development markets as the company plans to scales internationally
- Report directly to the MD with monthly business reviews, pipeline forecasts, and market insights

What We're Looking For

- 12+ years in jewellery/bullion wholesale sales
- Proven track record of managing 100Cr+ revenue books
- Solid B2B retailer and jeweller network in North India
- Deep understanding of gold rates, making charges & margins
- Experience managing field sales teams of 10+ executives
- Familiarity with hallmarking, BIS norms, and KYC compliance
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with ERP/CRM sales reporting tools
- Willingness to travel most of the time
- Fluency in Hindi; additional regional languages a plus
