Job Summary:

Responsible for selling Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles, generating new business, managing customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional buying experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles

- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and corporate channels

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options

- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales

- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Delivery teams for seamless vehicle handover

- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and CPO programs

Skills Required:

- Solid sales and negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and customer relationship management





- Knowledge of automotive products and pre-owned vehicle sales

- Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

- Target-driven with strong presentation skills

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline

- 2–6 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in pre-owned or luxury vehicle sales

- Valid driving license is preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) programs of brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Toyota, Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra, Tata Motors, or other leading automotive brands

- Experience in luxury automotive dealerships, used car dealerships, or premium retail sales

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
