Location: Navi Mumbai (Work from Office Preferred)

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience) About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator / Education Counselor to join our Germany Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconnecting with existing leads, counseling prospective candidates, qualifying their profiles, and generating high-quality potential leads for our Germany opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Call and reconnect with existing or previously not-connected candidates.

Make 50–100 outbound calls daily.

Understand candidate requirements and assess eligibility for the Germany process.

Counsel candidates about available opportunities and guide them through the initial process.

Convince and engage prospects to move forward in the sales funnel.

Generate qualified leads and maintain accurate CRM records.

Follow up with interested candidates and schedule further counseling sessions.





Coordinate with the admissions/sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.

Strong counseling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency is an added advantage.

Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai will be preferred.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective candidates.

Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, inside sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.
