Industry: NBFC / Banking / Lending / Financial Services About The Company Our client is a leading RBI-registered NBFC specializing in secured business loans for MSMEs, offering fast turnaround times and customized funding solutions. The company partners with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Chartered Accountants, financial consultants, and business intermediaries to provide business loans ranging from ₹1 Crore to ₹10 Crores.

Role Overview We are looking for agile sales professionals with proven experience in secured business loans and DSA channel management. The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge, an existing network of DSAs and referral partners, and the ability to independently source quality business loan opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Source secured business loan opportunities through direct clients, DSAs, loan agents, and referral partners.

Build and manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Chartered Accountants, financial consultants, and business owners.

Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective borrowers and sourcing partners.

Generate high-quality MSME loan leads and ensure consistent business generation.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with channel partners across the region.

Identify new sourcing channels, industrial clusters,



and business opportunities.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Represent the company at networking events, business forums, and industry associations.

Eligibility

Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.

3–8 years of experience in secured business loan sales.

Experience with NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance Companies, or Lending Institutions.

Mandatory experience working with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).

Strong understanding of MSME lending, Loan Against Property (LAP), and secured business loans.

Existing network with DSAs, Chartered Accountants, loan consultants, or business owners is highly preferred.

Comfortable with extensive field travel and client meetings.

Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
