Safety Installation and Tube Bending Training This training course provides essential skills for tube fitting installation and bending through expert instruction and hands-on practice. Participants will learn to select, prepare, and assemble fittings with precision and efficiency. Key topics include installation best practices, tube bending techniques, and proper tube cutting and handling . This course also covers essential tools such as tube cutters, deburring tools, and gap inspection gauges.

Course Content





- Installation The correct selection and use of different fitting configurations, selecting the appropriate tube and fitting material, determining system pressure/temperature requirements and identifying different pipe threads.
- Tube Bending Instructor-led training on the accurate calculation, measurement, marking and bending of tubing. Practical session on the correct use of bending equipment and profile bending eliminating any off-cut loss of material.
- Tube Cutting The proper handling and preparation of tubing for installation.
- Tools A full range of tools including tube cutters, deburring tools, tube benders, tee wrenches and gap inspection gauges will be demonstrated.
