Role Description The Retail Beauty Sales Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable beauty, bath, body, and wellness products. The associate will provide product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and ensure a high standard of customer service and store presentation.

Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, maintaining stock displays, handling customer queries or concerns,



and supporting promotional activities within the store. The role also requires staying updated on new product launches and brand initiatives to deliver an engaging in-store experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to achieve targets and support store growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge of beauty, bath, body, and wellness items to guide customers effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to create a welcoming and supportive shopping experience.
- Candidates should possess basic numerical and POS handling skills for billing and inventory support.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or wellness environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in retail settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, hospitality, or beauty is an advantage.
