Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking segment, based in the Gujarat region.
The Relationship
Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with commercial banking clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. The role involves managing cash management services,
cross-selling financial products, analyzing client financials to support decision-making, and ensuring seamless banking experiences.

Manager will work closely with internal teams to meet client expectations and contribute to achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Relationship Management and Financial Services
- Expertise in Cash Management and thorough Financial and banking knowledge
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
- Proficiency in Finance-related products and services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and in a client-facing role
- Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/CA preferred)
- Relevant experience in the commercial or corporate banking domain will be advantageous
