Role Overview

As a Beauty Adviser, you will be the face of the Purplle store, helping customers discover the right beauty and skincare solutions. You will provide personalized product recommendations, achieve sales targets, maintain store presentation, and create an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their beauty and skincare needs.
- Recommend suitable makeup, skincare, haircare, and personal care products.
- Demonstrate product usage and explain key benefits.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene standards.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and cycle counts.
- Ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines.
- Handle billing support and maintain accurate records when required.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches,



and in-store campaigns.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain grooming and professional standards.

Eligibility

- Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate (any discipline).
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years of retail, beauty, cosmetics, or customer service experience are preferred.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a positive personality.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
