Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving store sales, leading and developing the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving operational excellence while delivering business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive store sales and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the Beauty Adviser team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective inventory management and minimize stock loss.
- Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) standards as per company guidelines.
- Monitor daily sales, KPIs, and store performance.
- Handle cash management, billing, banking, and store documentation.
- Recruit, train, and develop store employees.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, audit requirements, and compliance standards.




- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with regional teams for stock replenishment and promotions.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, Footwear, Jewellery, or Retail is preferred.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of retail operations and sales management.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends.
