We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to support and monitor daily production activities. The candidate will assist in ensuring smooth production operations, product quality, hygiene, timely output, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily production activities as per the production plan.

- Coordinate with production workers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure proper cleaning, sorting, processing, packing, and handling of dry fruits and nuts.

- Maintain product quality, hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

- Monitor production output, wastage, rejection, and material consumption.

- Maintain daily production reports, records, and relevant documentation.

- Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Packaging teams.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

- Report production delays, quality issues, machine breakdowns, or operational concerns to the reporting manager.

- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines,



and company policies.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and improve productivity.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing operations.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Positive attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, or FMCG production will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2 years of experience in FMCG, food processing, packaging, or manufacturing are preferred.

- Candidates with exposure to dry fruits, nuts, food processing, or packaging operations will have an added advantage.

- Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.
